Heyo!

I’m a freelance Creative Director with a background in art direction and a penchant for writing any chance I get. My passion is for the process and craft. Fresh, smart, and funny ideas are what I enjoy creating the most. Beyond the work, my focus is on the bigger picture - client relationships built on trust and happy teams built on respect.

From 2018-2025, I served as a Group Creative Director at Dentsu running the T-Mobile for Business account. Over the course of my tenure there, I pitched, won, and ran the T-Mobile for Business account; created brand acts for Intel and Ad Council; launched new app features for Audible; helped win the Totino’s account, and led Subway out of the pandemic and into double-digit growth with some famous faces and the return of the 5 Dollar Footlong. I also led the visual rebrand for the sandwich chain’s Eat Fresh Refresh including packaging, in-store signage, food photography, guidelines and toolkits, oh my.

Before Dentsu, I worked at BBDO (running AT&T and DirecTV’s social business), Digitas (leading Comcast and eBay’s DRTV efforts), Wunderman/Y&R (producing global campaigns for Dell, Johnnie Walker, and Land Rover), and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners (selling nose hair trimmers for Sharper Image).

While I’ve earned my fair share of awards and great press, sharing knowledge with my students is even more rewarding. For the past 15+ years, I’ve been an adjunct professor at both the School of Visual Arts and AdHouse. I’ve helped over 1000 students build better books, get better jobs, and become better versions of themselves. You probably already know and love a few of them.
